Cliveden has glorious gardens and woodlands overlooking the River Thames. Even on a rainy day, the estate is beautiful. For more than 300 years Cliveden was home to dukes, earls, viscounts and for a while a prince. The manor house is now a hotel but the extensive grounds are a National Trust property open to the public. Cliveden near Maidenhead, Buckinghamshire, UK.
